Love the art and music, but that was all

First off, take all the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. There is a in-game promotion where if they can get 5 stars in the app store, everyone will get free in-game currency as a reward, so those 5 star reviews may be skewed.

Heres some real constructive criticism. This game needs a major over haul for it to be any fun for the following reasons:
1.No help file. If you dont understand something or forget something, youre SOL.
2.Takes way too long to get new characters. The only way to get characters is by pure luck through treasure chests, however, the treasure chests also contain equipment, so you might not ever pull a character card. On top of that, you have to collect several character cards before you can even recruit them. Good luck pulling the same character card enough times between the many other characters and equipment to be able to recruit anyone.
3.The mining is confusing. It seems like you only have a limited amount of mining points to expand a mine with. Once those points are used up you cant expand the mine anymore. I could be wrong but there is no help file for reference. See point number 1
4.Limited number of raids you can perform on the exploration map. There are two different maps. Adventure map that uses stamina. Then theres an exploration map that uses Raid attempts. You only get 10 raid attempts in total, however You can only raid each location three times. Raiding is the only other way to get character cards, but its not a guaranteed drop.
5.Once you have recruited a character, you can increase their rank by collecting even more character cards. See number 2 and 4 above as to why this is a pain.
6.All equipment binds to your characters once equipped. To remove it without destroying it requires jade, the in-game currency.
7.You can promote your characters by using different tier equipment. If you equipped it already you are going to have to use jade to remove it and keep it. See number 6. Also not sure if pomoting is different from rank up, see number 5. Theres no help file. See number 1 .
8.In arena mode, you get five attempts, which Im fine with. What Im not fine with is the 10 min wait between attempts.
9.In attack mode, where you attack other players mines, Ive been getting only players who are way stronger than me as choices. When I refresh to change my target, it cycled through the same few players, who are all too strong for me to attack. Maybe I just have bad luck

Theres prolly more I can complain about but Ill stop here. What I do like about the game is the art and the music, which is why I gave two stars instead of one.
